Job Description
A market leader with a strong global branding is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a successful and striving team in Sydney's CBD. You will join an organisation who values internal and personal growth while working a flexible rotating roaster.
Responsibilities:
- Performing first-level diagnosis of incidents
- Monitoring and managing the daily operation of the Windows and Unix environments
- Responding to customer calls promptly, courteously and effectively
- Producing weekly reports
- Identifying where the issues are and which clients may be affected by them
- Security Maintenance
- Supporting Business Unit teams
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Unix and Windows operations
- UNIX Command
- Sound time management and analytical skills
- Motivation and drive to service clients with incident issues
- Professional demeanour while working in high- pressure situations
