The Company
Government Organisation in the West are looking for a Level 1 Support Engineer to support their user base
The Role
Once in this role, you will be working using your customer service skills and technical problem solving skills. You will be the first point of contact for internal staff and further external staff. A large portion of this will involve face to face support as you will sit on the office floor. There will also be over the phone and email support required too. Technically you will be working in a Microsoft environment with ServiceNow.
The Requirements
This role would be perfect for someone with 3/4 years experience in a Level 1/2 Support position.
Ideally, you will have some of the following technical skills;
- Windows and Microsoft Servers
- Active Directory
- SCCM
- Office 365
- Great communication skills and a customer first attitude
- Must have full working rights for Australia
For this PERMANENT role based in the Parramatta area, the client is looking to pay up to $85k + Super based on your experience
