Job Description
- $75,000 -$85,000 + super (dependent on exp)
- Moorebank location - moving to Concord in Jan 2021
- 2 positions available
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the main duties of this role is:
- Job scheduling and assisting technicians
- Managing technicians and and issues arising from jobs
- Stock control and stock take of technician vans
- Quoting when required
- Organising and managing contractor jobs
- Assisting service clients via email and phone
- Min 3 years previous experience as a Service Coordinator
- Proven ability to meet set targets and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience carrying a job from start to finish (scheduling right through to invoice)
- An outgoing and enthusiastic nature
