My client is looking for an SEO Specialist to join their marketing and web team. Based in Melbourne, with global support from a network of affiliates across the world.
As an in-house SEO Specialist, your role will be to ensure the websites are running at optimal performance on Google and other search engines, while also driving a strategy to drive new leads for our business. The successful applicant will be able to proactively perform SEO audits and analysis on their sites - as well as competitors sites. Being able to identify flaws in the SEO strategy and show initiative by discovering new opportunities to capitalise on.
- 2-3 years minimum SEO experience
- Basic understanding of Web Development eg. WordPress, HTML, CSS
- Know your way comfortably around the WordPress CMS
- Know how to use Google Analytics and Search Console
- Contribute to analysis, strategies and deployment of on and off page optimisations
- Produce regular and clear reports of your findings so that other marketers and related departments can develop ideas and strategies based on your analysis
- Carry out joint marketing and web development initiatives to increase search rankings, search visibility and quality traffic to our sites
- Carry out joint marketing and web development initiatives to increase conversion optimisation and ROI
- Help generate new ideas, strategies and initiatives to help grow the business
