You will own the end to end design of challenging and meaningful projects, while helping to drive and influence the quality and growth of the design team as a Senior UX/UI Designer. - You will be working across Technology, Design and Business Strategy to solve business problems for clients.
- You will draw on your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to uncover the actual client need and deliver the project.

- End to end involvement in a variety of projects from strategy, designing the right approach to delivery
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (UI/UX)
- Bring a strategic and intentional focus to your design craft.
- Be able to dive into any part of the design process from research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, visual design right through to production.
- Demonstrated experience defining and describing the approach to new projects and opportunities.
- Be a knowledge expert and persuasive when taking the team and client on the journey, justifying design decisions, challenging well if needed, and always respectful in collaboration.
