The Company
Working for one of Australia's largest financial institution in Australia, based in the Sydney CBD.
The Role
This is a SENIOR LEVEL DEVOPS position on a permanent basis. Once in this role, you will be assisting with the actioning of the Continuous Development and Ansible. You will be working with critical applications and be involved in the deployment of new infrastructure environments. Although this is a highly technical role, the manager is also looking for a good cultural fit within the team so you need to demonstrate PASSIONATE and CURIOUS about working in technology. You will essentially be the second in command within the team with a possibility of becoming a manager in the next year or so.
Once in the role, you will be working with the following technologies:
- Ansible
- AWS
- Kubernetes
- Confluence
- Java applications
The Requirements
For this role, the client is looking for a solid background in the following;
- 7+ years in a DevOps role
- Excellent knowledge of Ansible
- Background working in a Java environment
- Any knowledge of Kubernetes is highly beneficial
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Full working rights for Australia
This is an incredible opportunity that won't come around often. This is a permanent position based in the Sydney CBD paying an excellent salary of circa $160k + Super.
