Job Description
This organization is going through a global IT transformation project which has Salesforce at the core of the transformation and will see Salesforce become the Single Source of Truth for their customer and client data. With over 16,000 users on the Salesforce platform and boasting almost all of the Salesforce solutions at their disposal, this company is really paving the way when it comes to supercharging their CRM solutions.
As the sole Salesforce Business Analyst on the team, you will be working with senior stakeholders across the APAC region to translate business requirements into user stories and process flows and working with the internal development team and Salesforce partner to produce great solutions.
Who is this role suited for?
This role would be a great opportunity for people with a variety of backgrounds. Naturally an established Business Analyst with recent experience on Salesforce projects would be a perfect match.
However, this role would also be great for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is looking to balance their technical skillset with more exposure to business conversations and stakeholder management skills. On top of this, this role would also be a good fit for a Salesforce Functional consultant who wants to be involved in a Global project!
