Your main duties will include:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partnerships
- Identify and nurture key prospecting customers in order to build deeper relationships across C- suite, Director Level, HR and other key stakeholders
- Increasing the profile of the organisation in local markets by networking with industries a professional groups
- Monitoring and mentoring team members performance and KPI’S
- Account negotiation – including prices, rebates and terms. Upselling and gaining leads.
- Prepare contracts and policies for clients and stakeholders
- 4 + years experience as Relationship Manager, BDM, Key Account Manager or similar
- Quick problem solver, using initiative to solve problems and queries a a fast pace
- Experience in recognising trends identifying cause-effect relationships
- Attentive nature but able to not get too attached and allow issues to personal effect you
- Interpersonal skills and communication methods
- Sales or Marketing background is a bonus!
