Our Gold Coast based software solutions company is actively looking to recruit an experienced PHP Programmer to utilise their knowledge to develop, enhance cutting edge software solutions.
We are looking for a developer that can think outside the box, we need you to bring your ideas, solutions and technical expertise to the table and work / collaborate with development team to develop market leading customer solutions that are technically advanced.
The business offers complex web (PHP & Java) & mobile (native Android & iOS) based software solutions and is a highly regarded market leader within their industry.
The role
- You will work closely with the mobile lead, CTO, lead PHP and team of developers to service clients throughout Australia and New Zealand
- You'll produce great new features, refactor old code, enhance API's and implement further automated testing as required.
- Liaising with the operations and marketing team you'll identify client requirements and assist with trouble-shooting.
- Joining forces with the web app dev team to further the development of their public API and its use within the mobile apps.
- Responsible for reporting to the team and stakeholders on project progress, timelines and road blocks.

Skills Required
- PHP development expertise in a commercial environment
- Agile experience / mindset (JIRA, Sprints, Scrums)
- Ownership and Responsibility for projects worked on.
- Strong communicator (with good written & spoken English skills)
