A market leading and rapidly growing solutions agency in Melbourne, is looking for Mid-level Magento Developer(s), Senior Magento Developer(s) & a Lead Magento Developer to join their outstanding IT team.
Our client is working on some of Australia's most interesting and complex projects directly assigned from large Australian businesses and organisations. The team is absolutely amazing, highly recognised by clients, with great reputation.
Main responsibilities
For the Lead role:
- Leading and mentoring a team of mid-level and junior developers
- Performing requirements analysis and technical design of the software solutions as well as estimations for the potential projects / tenders
- Code development in Magento
- Maintenance of the backlog within the framework of the existing projects
- Maintenance of the backlog within the framework of the projects
- Responsible for major technical decisions in the development process
- Responsible for design and maintenance of the skeleton of the code
- Software quality assurance
- Contribution around IT infrastructure in regards to the automation software and tools, optimisation of the structure and processes
- Recruitment/technical assessment of potential employees
For the Mid-level & Senior roles:
- Code development in Magento
- Responsible for design and maintenance of the skeleton of the code
- Software quality assurance
- Contribution around IT infrastructure in regards to the automation software and tools, optimisation of the structure and processes
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in PHP development.
- Solid experience in the implementation of integration solutions and solid knowledge of modern Object-oriented programming and modern integration patterns and practices.
- 1-2 years or more of solid Magento recent experience
- 1+ years of experience working in Agile environment
- If you have existing experience in team management it will be a big bonus for the lead role
