Job Description
About the role:
- You will be key in supporting the business manager as well as senior managers in day-to-day administrative tasks including but not limited to the following;
- Organising and scheduling meetings
- Following up on meeting agendas, minute taking and chasing up action points
- Reconciling accounts when required
- Liaising across multiple departments to ensure business operation tasks are completed in a timely manner
- This role requires a hands-on, agile individual who enjoys being a key player in the business and working across various stakeholders
- strong background as a Team Coordinator or in a similar administrative position managing a wide range of tasks,
- Highly organised with a can-do attitude and drive to meet deadlines and get things done
- Proficient multitasker with excellent attention to detail
- Skilled at effectively and efficiently managing multiple stakeholders, including senior client executives and their assistants
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- 12 month fixed term contract
- $70,000-75,000 + superannuation
