The Company
This role will be working for one of Australia's biggest financial institutions based in the Sydney CBD. You will be working on a permanent basis and this is a very senior role where you will deal with multiple stakeholders
The Role
Once in this role, you will be integrating the trading applications within the business. This will cover market surveillance tools and high performance, high-frequency trading applications. As a Senior Developer, almost on the brink of a Technical Lead, you will be required to provide some solution design and an expert level of coding in Java. Technically working across Java 8, Springboot, FIX Protocol, JMS, RestAPIs, SQL, Docker, Microservices and RxJava.
The Requirements
For this role, they are expecting a senior candidate with the following skill set
- Proven experience with integration within a trading environment
- 5+ Years in a Java Dev position
- Java 8
- Springboot
- FIX Protocol
- JMS
- Full working rights for Australia
Beneficial skill sets
- Webservices
- RestAPI
- C# Experience
For this permanent position based in the Sydney CBD, the company are looking to pay around $140/150k + Super with bonus
