Senior Business Analyst // $110,000 - $120,000 per annum // Greenfield environment.
Sirius Technology are working with a large, multinational company based in Sydney who need to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to join their fast paced team.
Due to continuous growth in the organisation and increased amount of project work, this business need to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to work on their on-going IT transformation projects. These projects vary from upgrading legacy systems, to integrating multiple systems together and creating new solutions for customers.
As a Senior BA within the organisation, the main characteristics we need for this position will be:
- Communication Skills: You MUST have a clear communication style. Both verbal and writing styles must be concise and to the point, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and present to senior stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: You MUST have strong stakeholder management experience. With the ability to empathise, influence and navigate key senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of full SDLC: You MUST have recent experience across the SDLC. Working from initial requirement gathering to creating high and low level documentation, to working directly with the development teams to setting up test cases.
- Enterprise Experience: You MUST have recent experience Enterprise experience. Due to the complex nature of this organization, they are only interested in candidates who have experience working across large and complex organisations. This doesn't mean simply working in a large business, but working on projects which reach across the organisation.
