Candidates will be working closely with the team to consolidate data from various sources, working through data modelling and database design. The ideal candidate must have experience in delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions and has a strong focus on Data Warehouse.
Key responsibilities:
- Be part of the team to support the development of current and continuous improvement of the Data Warehouse
- Conduct continuous research and extend knowledge of the latest Business Intelligence system
- Review all current processes to improve operations
- Collaborate with various functional teams and business owners to analyse and resolve issues
- Monitor, analyse and fix errors as well as improve performance and stability of data warehouse
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 6 years in Business Intelligence development, data warehouses and transactional databases
- Complex scripting in T-SQL
- Solid data modelling and database design
- Must-have experience: Microsoft BI Stack - SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI
- Good to have: SAP - Business Objects, Universe Development
- Exposure to GIS/location data will be highly regarded
- Knowledge and understanding of SDLC
- Programming language - C#, Java
- Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skillset
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
