We are currently on the lookout for immediately available senior administrator who can help contribute to the smooth and efficient functioning of the fundraising team within healthcare.
Reporting to the Director this is a fast paced role with a varity of tasks to be covered throughout the day. Some of these tasks include:
- Maintaining fundraising database
- Manage donation process
- Provide relevant reports to finance team
- Answering phone queries
- Managing invoices
- General office support
To be successful in this position you will posses the following:
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Salesforce knowledge desirable but not essential
- Accounts receivable & Accounts payable exposure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
