Main tasks will include:
- Inputting invoices into SAP
- Accurate processing of orders through various sources
- Reconciliations of purchase orders and accounts
- Processing supplier invoices, credits and validating refunds
- Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders with customer service
- Process improvements to streamline work load
- Min 2 years experience in a similar role
- Must be an intermediate excel user
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- High sense of urgency and a strong team player
- SAP experience highly desirable
