Sirius Technology is working with a leading energy company to help them recruit a Salesforce Product Owner to help them mature and grow the usage of Salesforce across their business.
Due to on-going demand and growth across the organisation, there is a need to hire an established Salesforce Product Owner on a full time, permanent basis. This role will ideally be based in Sydney and offers work from home / office flexibility!
The job in more detail:
You’ll be working closely with their Salesforce implementation partner to ensure all needs for the business are met and managing between 5-10 initiatives at one time (some major, some minior).
You’ll be the Salesforce SME for the organisation, working closely with senior management as well as department heads to set the strategy for the platform as well as understand on-going business requirements.
You’ll be responsible for growing the internal Salesforce team and managing the teams on a daily basis.

You, as the ideal candidate will have:
- Technical and Functional experience on the Salesforce Platform, ideally with previous experience as a Functional Consultant or Senior Administrator.
- Previous experience project managing on the Salesforce platform or similar solutions.
- Ability to build relationship with users and understand how they use the platform and identify pain points or how the platform can support them.
- Be motivated to be part of a fast paced organisation and want to produce the best quality Salesforce experience for end users and customers.
