Sirius Technology are working for a well known, global business to recruit an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead to join their growing team! 

Due to on-going strategic growth within the business, this organisation are hiring a Marketing cloud professional to lead their CRM team and ensure their customers are getting the best advice and technology solutions to fit their business.

The Role? 
You’ll be leading a team of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud professionals to deliver outstanding solutions for your customers.  

As the leader of this division, you will be expected to attend client pitches to help win new business using your knowledge of the platform as well as your business acumen to identity opportunities.  

You’ll be working alongside technical teams to define specifications and ensure solutions are being built with the customers needs in mind.  

Alongside this, your role will have a strategic element to it; working with existing clients to drive new enhancements and consult on new technologies which may help your customer.  

You, as the ideal candidate? 
First, you will need to live and breath Salesforce Marketing Cloud! We need someone who has a wealth of experience on the Marketing Cloud platform, as well as exposure to Salesforce CRM (ideally Sales Cloud).  

You will be highly proficient in email marketing strategies and technologies, alongside having hands-on experience with implementing marketing automation solutions.  

As you will be working closely with clients, your communication skills will be key in your success in this role.  We need someone who can articulate complex business problems, communicate with senior stakeholders and then translate business requirements into technical solutions.
