Sirius Technology are working with a growing business to help them mature their internal Salesforce team. Due to on-going investment across technology in the business, they want to hire someone who can be the ‘face’ of their Salesforce team and partner with business users to ensure requirements are being vetted and considered before being actioned.
You’ll be responsible for being the conduit between the technical Salesforce team and the business users (primarily sales staff). You’ll be working with Sales leaders to understand requirements and providing feedback on best practices or passing requirements on to the technical Salesforce team. You’ll also use your Salesforce skills to create POCs or provide reports for business leaders when required.
You, as the ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Multiple years experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
- Hands on skills with Salesforce, with the ability to configure and create reports and dashboards.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders with the ability to influence and prioritse needs.
- Recent experience working with Sales Cloud
