Job Description
In this challenging and rewarding role you will provide day-to-day oversight and coordination of all technical resources and ensure the Salesforce architecture meets the objectives of the business. You will work within the team and ensure all are engaged and high performing. Provide development opportunities for technical resources, including developing new capabilities within the team to deliver positive business outcomes.
Essential skills and experince
10+ years commercial IT development experience
5+ years Salesforce development (including Lightning framework)
3+ years leading and managing teams
Experience with integration technologies (including Mulesoft)
Agile development experience
Outstanding communication skills
Strong time and people management skills
An eye for detail, quality and best practice
