Job Description
This organization is going through a global IT transformation project which has Salesforce at the core of the transformation and will see Salesforce become the Single Source of Truth for their customer and client data. With over 16,000 users on the Salesforce platform and boasting almost all of the Salesforce solutions at their disposal, this company is really paving the way when it comes to supercharging their CRM solutions.
You will be joining a team of 3 other administrators and will work closely with the end users to help with training and user adoption of the Salesforce platform. You’ll also be responsible for day to day configuration of the platform.
Who is this suitable for?
If you are starting your Salesforce career and have 1-2 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, this role would be perfect for you! You’ll be working closely with stakeholders, therefore confidence in your communication ability will be highly valued! On top of this, if you’re a natural problem solver, this will thrive in this role!
