Sales Consultants, you will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager, and your duties will include;
Initiating and managing outbound and inbound sales calls
Engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their moving and storage needs, and providing tailored solutions
Building rapport, providing information, and closing sales
Reminding people about the benefits of doing business with the company they represent - negotiating and closing the deal
Proving quotes and ETA’s to current and prospective Clients
What do you need?
1 + years of experience working in a similar role in the Removals,Storage and Relocations industry
Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
