My client is an Australian-owned family business with a solid history of success in their market. They are seeking to hire a part-time sales professional for a temp to perm opportunity.
The role will include:
- Qualifying existing leads through outbound calling
- Setting qualified appointments for the Directors
- Cleaning and maintaining the database
- Acting as the point of contact for smaller Accounts
- Sending email updates to clients
- Preparing quotes
- Taking customer service calls
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Will have experience in a similar role
- Will have fantastic communication skills suited to a telephone based role
- Will have experience of using a CRM (Salesforce is ideal)
- Will have good written communications, and experience across MS Office packages
