The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated, CREATIVE, passionate individual to join the Sales Development team. The purpose of this role is to generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities with mid to Enterprise clients. You will be contacting HR professionals to discover their needs, challenges and desires in regards to engaging with employees and promoting a Software platform that is making the work place better!
The beauty of the role is that you will not only be using traditional sales techniques such as phone calls, emails, social media, video's etc. but you will be have the freedom let your creative side shine, to think outside of the box in order to find unique, stand out ways of initiating contact and getting the attention of your prospective clients! This job is fun and so bring your inspiration and ideas to the table!
You'll do well in this role if you:
- Have at least 2 + years B2B Sales Experience
- Are hardworking, motivated and energetic
- You have a creative spark and are not afraid to do things differently
- You are smart, articulate and ambitious
- You are well presented and are not camera shy!
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communications Skills
- Engaging phone manner
- You are eager to learn and love upskilling and training!
