Job Description

Global Technology business is seeking a dynamic Sales & Account Management Support Coordinator. You will be joining a busy and growing team in Melbourne with access to a Virtual Assistant. This role will see you responsible for developing and maintaining enduring relationships with all key stakeholders internal and external, delivering a high level of operational and administrative support.

This position will see you responsible for:

  • Coordinate Sales and Account Management teams and by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Providing sales and administrative support to assist the Sales and Account Management teams in attaining sales targets
  • Maintain the coordination of LinkedIn Articles and LinkedIn Groups
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Coordinate the processing of all new sales with the internal operations teams
  • Maintain contract pricing register
  • Working with and coordinating the Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant (off shore 20 hours a week resource) daily activities and support

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Degree and/or tertiary qualification in related discipline ideal
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support or coordination role
  • Experience in Financial Services ideal
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work with people of all levels
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills including experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong MS knowledge Office suite
  • Experience working with a complex CRM ideal but not essential
