Global Technology business is seeking a dynamic Sales & Account Management Support Coordinator. You will be joining a busy and growing team in Melbourne with access to a Virtual Assistant. This role will see you responsible for developing and maintaining enduring relationships with all key stakeholders internal and external, delivering a high level of operational and administrative support.
This position will see you responsible for:
- Coordinate Sales and Account Management teams and by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Providing sales and administrative support to assist the Sales and Account Management teams in attaining sales targets
- Maintain the coordination of LinkedIn Articles and LinkedIn Groups
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Coordinate the processing of all new sales with the internal operations teams
- Maintain contract pricing register
- Working with and coordinating the Sales and Marketing Virtual Assistant (off shore 20 hours a week resource) daily activities and support
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Degree and/or tertiary qualification in related discipline ideal
- Proven experience in customer service, sales support or coordination role
- Experience in Financial Services ideal
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work with people of all levels
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills including experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong MS knowledge Office suite
- Experience working with a complex CRM ideal but not essential
