The Opportunity
We are looking to appoint an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive the growth of the business and manage a small but growing sales & marketing team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, passionate and creative. Ideally you will come from the Building & Construction Industry or have had experience within the Environmental and Sustainability space. A network with Property Developers, Builders and Architects will definitely be a plus!
Your Role & Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years at management level
- Experience implementing sales and marketing processes and strategies
- Hands on attitude to generating revenue through your own business development
- Forecasting & Reporting
- Performance reviews and coaching
- Genuine interest in the environmental & sustainability space
- Experience in a small but fast growing, highly innovative business or emerging market - highly regarded
- Salary will be in the region of $120-140K plus bonuses
- You will work in a fast-growing company in an innovative industry
