Your responsibilities:-
- Provide support to a small sales team including and not limited to diary management and meeting prepartion
- Liaise with clients by phone and correpodences
- Assist with invoices and payments
- Update and maintain the database
- Arrange courier
- Generate reports

- Confident and approachable
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Previous administration experience
- IT savvy
