Work with a great sales team and provide all rounded administration support. Fast-paced role in a beautiful corporate office. You need to be a GUN, an absolute driver, and highly organised. Amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to step into a fun and dynamic environment!



Your responsibilities:-

  • Provide support to a small sales team including and not limited to diary management and meeting prepartion
  • Liaise with clients by phone and correpodences
  • Assist with invoices and payments
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Arrange courier
  • Generate reports

Your skills:-

  • Confident and approachable
  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to cope with tight deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience
  • IT savvy
