The Role
This growth has brought about a new position for a Relationship Manager / Account Manager to come onbaord and take ownership of the a number (20) of key clients.
The Relationship Manager /Account Manager will demonstrate passion and energy to drive and deliver the best results possible, while at the same time maintaining a tight grasp on
schedules and costs.
You will:
- Own and care about client relationships and ensure that you always deliver quality digital solutions
- Develop and strengthen client relationships to grow revenue.
- Identify client’s business objectives to guide and impact project success
- Effectively set and manage stakeholder expectations
- Contribute to strategic workshops
- Work together with sales to Identify possible new business opportunities and grow client accounts
