Our highly sought after Banking client are looking for an experienced QA Manager to join the team and help with their Global Markets business.
- Build a strategy to improve Quality Assurance processes
- Drive the team (business and technology) to concentrate on its quality efforts
- Guide and improve the tools/skills - end to end process
- Progress the efficiency of testing e.g. test automation
- Ensure there is a risk focussed approach
- Create/improve automated testing solutions
- Define quality goals, measuring and reporting
- Liaise with non-technical stakeholders across the different levels of testing (unit, integration, acceptance, exploratory)
- Test Strategy expertise
- Proven achievements through past projects as a QA Manager
- Robust testing knowledge and ability to influence stakeholders
- Team player, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
This is a 12 month contract which is likely to extend due to the project pipeline in place.
