Working alongside an experienced team of industry professionals, you’ll ensure that each project is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage teams, schedules, and project timelines effectively.
- Provide leadership and direction to carpentry teams and other trades.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues promptly, and monitor project progress.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the luxury residential building industry.
- Carpentry qualification is essential.
- Proven track record of managing high-end residential projects
- Strong leadership, organisational, and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
