They are looking at implementing a new Cloud based ERP solution as part of their digital strategy.
Some of what is required:
- Collaborating with project stakeholders
- Providing specialist advice for this kind of project.
- Support daily stand-up meetings
- Lead a team of internal staff, contractors and vendor partners
- Define and agree project plans and ensure continuity of resources
- Implement strong project governance including regular status reporting, project structure, regular project meetings to deliver and drive to the project limits
- Proactively manage & escalate project risks
- acceptance certificate, project deliverables, risk, issues & financial status
- Establish and maintain Senior-level engagement with key stakeholders (internal and vendors)
- Strong recent experience working as a Project Manager on ERP Software implementation projects
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with both HR and Finance modules
- Previous experience with a Cloud product like Oracle Cloud or Workday
- Ability to work onsite when required
