Responsibilities include:
- Take overall responsibility for the implementation of a “Customer Data Platform (CDP)”
capability within the University
- Manage the completion of the technology selection phase.
- Design and manage the selection of an SI partner.
- With assistance from the SI partner, develop a project implementation approach.
- Manage the delivery of the implementation of the CDP capability within the University utilising
the skills of University, Vendor and SI staff.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least five years’ experience as a Project Manager in large organisations.
- Successfully managed end-to-end projects with budgets in excess of $1m.
- Experience in initiating and delivering complex projects, including approach, scoping and
strategy
- Experience with managing senior stakeholders
- Experience in managing projects in a largely independent manner with only high level direction
Preferably:
- Experience with selecting and managing 3rd party SAAS vendors and systems integrators
- A good understanding of Marketing and Digital concepts and processes
- Experience working in Martech related projects
