About the role & skills/experience
Project administrator role supporting key project resources in delivering a large ERP project. We are looking for someone who can work closely with, support and engage the project team to drive achievement of timelines and deliverables.

- Proven experience in a project administrator, project assistant, project officer or similar role
- Coordinate resources, documentation, planning, meetings and schedules
- Work closely with the project manager and senior project team
- Organise and manage meetings (organize, document minutes, share minutes)
- Create concise reports and metrics
- Participate in project meetings, presentations, reporting
- Organise key events for the project team
- Experience working on IT projects and preferably with large-scale ERP systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle, Microsoft)
