Program Manager for Futures and Clearing business. Long contract, Sydney CBD, global stakeholders.
The Goal:
To hire a senior person to create the project management framework inline with stakeholder reporting needs. This will suport projects delivery in the Futures Clearing business.
The role:
- Manage stakeholders supporting 4 key business streams in the Futures and Clearing business. To provide them with project management support and create the projects framework in line with their reporting needs.
- You will coordinate the internal team and 3rd party vendors with a near obsession with flawless project execution.
Simply put to be successful in the role will require strong and clear communication and a disciplined approach to program and project governance.
For example when the deadline looms you will recognise the treats to hitting the deadline and manage resources accordingly. This includes managing stakeholder expectations.
Relationships:
- Local and global. This rle is senior and all about the communication piece.
- Colleagues will include stakeholders in Futures and Clearing business in America, the UK and Australia.
You will have a team of Project Managers and Stream Leads supporting the project management function across four business streams in Futures and Clearing.
