- St Mary’s location - Hours 6:30 am - 4:30 pm
- $70,000k + Super depending on experience
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for the below duties:
- Managing the production schedules and monitoring emails for delivery changes
- Liaise with the production team regarding delivery dates and customer requests
- Manage inventory stock for bulk products
- Assist logistics with delivery requirements and customer information
- Customer Service inquiries, complaints, and work with internal stakeholders to resolution
- Assist with order entries and amendments, matching picking slips
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have NSW Drivers License
