Job Description
Role and responsibilities:
- Define epics for the stream and ensure scope coverage with user stories
- Lead BA activities and contribute to the iteration planning
- Manage the requirements backlog and lead prioritisation within the stream
- Support BAs in eliciting and analysis of requirements
- Review test cases for quality
- Ensure BA deliverables are met and of a high standard
- Business and technology stakeholder management and engagement throughout delivery life cycle
- Facilitate meetings for decision-making on scope items
- Help develop business communications and change management materials
- Mitigate blockers to key milestones
- Support Program & Project Managers in planning, prioritisation and execution of the program
- Product Owner skills or 3+ years experience as Lead BA
- Experience in banking compliance or regulatory projects
- Experience in Business Banking
- Digital projects or data / API development projects
- Agile and SCRUM
- Experience in Open Banking projects
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
