Seeking an experienced Product Owner to work closely with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering teams. If you're ready for the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product roadmap with the Product Manager.
- Own the team backlog, prioritising functional and technical requirements in line with the product strategy.
- Act as the product owner for agile product delivery, collaborating with engineering teams.
- Empower teams to create effective solutions and designs.
- Assist in transparently communicating roadmaps, priorities, and risks to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring products and features to market successfully.
- Work on business cases to support product decisions.
- Lead product design processes.
- Conduct product-focused workshops with customers and stakeholders.
- 3+ years as a product owner in a SaaS company using Agile.
- 2+ years of prior experience in roles such as software development, User Experience, business analysis, or Quality Assurance.
- Experience in distributed team environments.
- Strong prioritisation skills and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Customer and user-centric approach.
- Technical understanding.
- Healthcare technology experience required.
