- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to assess their business requirements and offer procurement reports and insights that guide procurement decisions and support the creation of innovative procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing procurement data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy during migrations.
- Analyse and interpret diverse supplier and organizational data to produce reports, forecasts, and recommendations, facilitating informed procurement planning and decision-making.
- Conduct research on supply markets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights to shape sourcing strategies.
- Generate and evaluate reports for effective supplier performance management and benefit tracking in Power BI.
- Review spending categories, conduct spend analytics, and assess contract portfolios to identify sourcing opportunities, accompanied by comprehensive risk assessments.
- Provide analytical reporting for essential deliverables, plans, programs, and KPIs as necessary, while actively contributing to a culture of excellence, continuous quality improvement, teamwork, and camaraderie.
- Relevant Tertiary Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong Experience with Power BI, data analytics and reporting as well as SQL language.
- Proficient in cost modelling
- Excellent stakeholder management, engagement and communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills and a history of creating detailed reports and delivering effective presentations.
- Experience with SAP ECC – desirable.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills for complex business issues.
- High level of enthusiasm, initiative, and innovation.
