Duties and responsibilities
- Software development and implementation working on high profile projects.
- Consistently building web applications and analyse and proactively improve applications;
- Systems integration;
- Analyse stakeholder objectives, and project scope, timeline and budget
- Work with and adapt existing code
- Work independently & be self-motivated
Skills and experience
- At least 3 years development experience working with PHP, OpenCart, WordPress, MySQL, Unix, Apache as well as HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery/JSON/AJAX/XML
- Knowledge of Ecommerce terminologies (order fulfilment, payment gateway integration, tracking and tracing)
- Understanding of Project Management processes
- Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX and JQuery
- Proven ability to time manage fluctuations in work loads
- Able to communicate well with colleagues and managers
- Proven ability to work with either one or multiple projects
- Proven ability to write clear documentation
- Strong Skills in project implementation, execution and planning. Handling new requirements and maintenance of existing websites
- High attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
