Job Description
We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in a healthcare setting.
Location: Sunshine, with potential limited travel across sites
Duration: 2–4 weeks (potential for extension)
Hours: 9-day fortnight, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and schedule management for senior leadership
- Coordinating and minuting meetings, preparing agendas, and handling follow-up actions
- General administrative support, including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assisting with recruitment logistics and onboarding processes
- Managing office supplies, travel arrangements, and event coordination
- Experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Healthcare background is a plus but not essential
