Job Description
- 100,000 + super / Pro Rata
- 3 days per week
- Flexible working arrangements (WFH some days)
- Moorebank location
As part of the leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director, your main duties will include:
- Recruitment and onboarding of Manufacturing / Warehouse staff, inclusive of employment contracts, all HR related issued, compliance with Fair Work and WHS
- Coordinate culture building activities
- Advise leadership on training and development, creating training plans and performance management
- Solid experience in HR, People & Culture and Recruitment (particularly in the Manufacturing space)
- Understanding of Fair Work Australia Awards & WHS Laws
- Team player - this role is about engaging current and new staff
- Relevant Tertiary Degree
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate confidently with everyone you engage with
- High Attention to detail and support the team to deliver to deadlines - on time without compromising on quality
