- Permanent role - $120K - $130K inc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day performance of a small team
- Ensure weekly payroll is processed accurately in Kronos
- Drive process improvements and assist in creating new payroll guidelines
- Handle escalated payroll enquiries
- Assist with system improvements & upgrades
- Identify areas of improvement and present to management
- Communicate business changes with team as required
- Previous experience in managing a small team
- Proven experience in process improvement and implementation
- Strong people management skills
- An approachable persona
- A proactive approach to work
- An understanding of Enterprise Agreements high desirable
- Previous experience in high volume processing
- The ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders
- Collaborative and friendly team environment
