One of my clients, a Professional Services Firm, is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join their corporate office in the CBD. You will be running the reception area, directing all incoming phone calls, and looking after the general day-to-day. This is a perfect role for someone is looking for a permanent part-time (rare opportunity!) in a stable and friendly environment.

The Day-to-Day
- Direct all incoming phone calls
- Maintain the overall tidiness of the reception area
- Assist with courier and mail
- Distribute newspaper
- Greet guests and customers
- Support Office Manager with basic admin duties
