What are we looking for?
We are seeking an Organisational Change Manager who has experience working with the business on Organisational Change initiatives around Business System Improvements. This company is undergoing multiple business/IT improvements.
Role & Requirements
- Ability to work closely and connect with key business stakeholders and employees at all levels of the organisation
- Very strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of business systems processes and technology change
- Experience using structured change management methodologies and tools (ADKAR, PROSCI)
- Ability to conduct Business/Change Impact Assessments and Business/Change Readiness Plans
- Prior experience working on IT & Technology change projects
- Work closely with the IT Program Management Office (PMO)
