Job Description

One of my clients is looking for an Office Manager superstar and this could be an amazing opportunity for someone who is personable and full of energy. You will be running the office to ensure everything is in order and also provide support to 2 executives with their diaries and day to day. This is an energetic office and the team is super outgoing. Flat structure, close to public transport, and interviews are happening this week! Don't miss out!

What's the role?:-

  • Make sure the office is running smoothly
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for stationary orders, supplies, office maintenance etc.
  • Provide PA support to the MD with diary and inbox management, flights/hotel booking, reminders, meeting support - be the right hand support
  • Look after office budget and petty cash
  • Draft correspondences, letters, internal/external communication materials
  • Assist with all round office administration
  • Plan and drive company events (team building, Christmas parties etc)

  • Previous experience in office administration/office management
