Job Description
Role and responsibilities:
- Set up ManageEngine help desk, monitor server and mange IT assets
- Configure and patch management during ManageEngine cut over
- Review Dell switch configuration and patching and all switch firmware
- Updating Network Diagrams and documentation
- General Network maintenance
- Assist with desktop and factory machine support
Required skills:
- ManageEngine help desk experience
- Cisco or Dell Network experience
- Strong technical problem solving skills
- Pragmatic approach
- Good communications skills
