Pivotal sales leadership role
My client is leading the charge in creating healthier, more environmentally-friendly cities. Launched 10 years ago with the goal of creating a more sustainable and world for future generations, they have gone from strength to strength to become one of the most successful living infrastructure specialists in Australia. They are accelerating the biological power of plants to enhance our cities and believe living infrastructure provides our cities with natural beauty, living design and healthier people.
They are now ready to enter the next phase of their exciting growth trajectory and need an experienced National Sales Manager to help them achieve their goals. You will manage a well-established team of 3 sales people, while also contributing your own industry expertise to help the business develop their next sales and go-to-market strategy. You will also be pivotal in generating your own sales revenue by influencing key players in the property and construction industry such as major building owners, developers, contractors and designers. For this reason, you will need to have experience in a similar role in the industry and have a strong network of contacts to bring with you to the role. You will need to have managed a similarly complex sales process as well as having managed a successful sales team.
