ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be working with a dynamic and collaborative team that you will support in this role where you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Manage the day to day distribution operations throughout ANZ
- Manage staff - recruitment, training, inductions
- Review warehouse inventory processes and implement changes
- Preparation of Monthly reporting - KPIs, costs, and budget targets
- Manage warehouse equipment contracts and plan of purchasing consumables
- Troubleshooting - delays in logistics, damaged good & dispatches
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively prioritise and be decisive
- Have the ability to work under pressure, coach, lead, and motivate the team
- Motivated with an initiative to problem-solving
- Strong time management
