Our client, a market leader in the retail industry, is looking to expand its team by bringing on a Merchandise Planner to assist in all areas of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain high-end experience in a market that is dominating the industry!
Your main duties will include:
- Collaborate and implement category strategy alongside the Head Of Buying and Buyer
- Sell products through a category and style level
- Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly stock level and sales data analysis
- Prepare to end of seasonal reviews- contributing concerns or recommendations to increase sales, profit, and stock targets
- Support junior planners with tasks and productivity
- 2 + years of experience in Merchandise Planning in the retail industry
- Great understanding of Microsoft Excel - the ability to create formulas
- Experience using functions such s vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Exceptional time management skills
- Passionate, Motivated, and solid experience in Retail!
