Job Description
- Develop and oversee communication strategy
- Write press releases, speeches and annual reports
- Manage a team of communications, graphic design and digital marketers.
- Based in South West Sydney
In this role you will head up a team of communication and digital marketers. You will also oversee and give direction to the graphic design team whilst managing external relationship with creative agencies. You will be the internal gatekeeper of the brand and ensure that all communications align with the company branding.
Responsibilities:
- External communications including website, newsletters, speeches, annual report, press releases
- Internal communications
- Proofreading & editing
- Digital marketing & social media
- Being a 'gatekeeper' of brand
- Providing direction/ guidance to in-house designers
About you:
- Degree qualified in Communications, Marketing or similar
- Fierce writing and editing skills
- Ability to liaise with various departments
- Experience in creative direction
- Proven track record in website and social media management
- Experience in managing staff and external agencies
- Team and culture focused
